In order to make the arrangements for the monthly online payment, you must do the following steps:
(FACTS Management Company provides the online payment service for HCC). If you would like to include funds for your textbooks in this monthly online payment, enter an estimated amount in the textbook line item on the online enrollment form budget worksheet document.
Please contact the Campus Store after you have completed the monthly online payment enrollment form and inform them that you are on the monthly online payment plan and that your textbooks can now be charged to your student financial account. Once the textbook charges have been applied to your student financial account, the monthly online payment amount will be adjusted in order to compensate for the actual cost of the textbooks.
The Business Office is located on the main level of the Parker Student Union. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. The acceptable forms of payment for the tuition, student fees, course fees and housing charges (if applicable) when paying in person at the Business Office or using the mail are the following:
