  • $552 towards the cost of your health insurance premium – These dollars are above and beyond your salary – You are required to enroll in at least a single option through the College’s health insurance offering.
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas currently serves as our health insurance provider and we provide two deductible levels, a $3,000 single and a $5,000 single deductible – The $5,000 deductible includes a Health Savings Account (HSA) option.
  • Dental, cancer, short-term disability, health and dependent care reimbursement, life insurance, accident only and vision plans are available as options.
  • 12 paid sick leave days per year.
