The college provides currently enrolled students with two vouchers per semester to PrarieStar for certain services. Students who live in the dorms can get a voucher from dorm staff; other students can pick them up at the Information Desk or the Student ID Center.
If you need assistance with affordable medication, please speak to the medical provider you meet with about any assistance or programs they might offer.
Under no circumstances should you come to in-person class before you discuss this with a medical professional.
Please contact a medical professional and follow their instructions on this. Each case is different based on the amount of time you were around the person, when they started showing symptoms, whether or not you are showing symptoms, and your vaccination status. Guidelines from public health officials may also be updated.
When you email in with your student email for the first time to firstname.lastname@example.org instructions including a form to upload documentation to will be automatically emailed back to you. In order to be excused from class regarding Covid-19, we must have appropriate documentation from a medical professional. *Please do NOT email any documentation.* After your documentation is reviewed and deemed appropriate, you and necessary staff will be emailed regarding the dates excused from in-person class.
If you have not gotten an excused from in-person school activities alert from the email@example.com email on business day 3 of having submitted appropriate documentation, it is your responsibility to email in again.
As long as you provide appropriate documentation, the excuse can be retroactive or go back to the first day you needed to be gone from class.

You may direct questions around the Vaccine Incentive Program to the Campus Bookstore through email@example.com or 620-665-3517.
This program is planned for fall semester of 2021 and spring semester 2022.
If you have received verification that your shot record has been approved, you can complete the Textbook Order form at the top of your Textbook page in DragonZone. Enter all your info and the address you would like the items shipped to. You can either put textbooks you want to purchase or select clothing items you want from the online store. For clothing items, instead of putting in book info in the Course ID section you will put in the description of the item of clothing you want and the size. You will have to remember to figure in the 15.00 shipping and sales tax of the items you are wanting.
In the Method of Payment, select Vaccine Incentive.
If there aren't enough Vaccine Incentive funds to cover your order you will have to put in the Course ID Section if you want to pay the balance with Financial Aid (if you have credit available to use) or a personal credit card. You will need to have the entire order cost covered before it can be shipped to you.
You are expected to follow health guidelines including wearing a mask on campus for the last days of your quarantine/isolation time if your time is shorter than 10 days.
